1. About Jatair
Jatair is a private aviation broker registered in England and Wales. We act as an intermediary between clients and licensed aircraft operators. We do not own or operate aircraft. All charters are operated by third-party Air Operator Certificate (AOC) holders.
2. Broker Role
As a broker, Jatair arranges private aviation services on your behalf. The contract of carriage is between you and the operating carrier. Jatair is not a party to that contract and is not liable for the acts or omissions of the operator. Jatair's obligations are limited to arranging the charter as described in our booking confirmation.
3. Quotations
All quotations are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change until a booking confirmation is issued. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on fuel surcharges, landing fees, overflight permits and catering.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon Jatair's written confirmation and receipt of the deposit or full payment as specified. Jatair reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each quotation. Charter flights typically require full payment prior to departure. Jatair accepts bank transfer. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the aircraft category and proximity to departure. General terms: more than 7 days before departure — deposit forfeited; 3–7 days — 50% of total charter fee; within 72 hours — 100% of total charter fee. Specific terms are stated in each booking confirmation and may vary.
7. Delays & Disruption
Private aviation is subject to weather, air traffic control, technical factors and regulatory requirements. Jatair will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for delays caused by events beyond its control. Jatair's liability is limited to the arranging broker role.
8. Passenger Obligations
Passengers must comply with all applicable aviation security regulations and the reasonable instructions of the operating crew. Jatair and the operator reserve the right to refuse carriage to any passenger who presents a risk to safety or security, without refund.
9. Dangerous Goods
The carriage of dangerous goods, prohibited items and certain categories of cargo is subject to strict regulation. Clients must declare any goods that may be subject to dangerous goods regulations prior to booking. Undisclosed dangerous goods may result in immediate cancellation and legal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
Jatair's liability as a broker is limited to the brokerage fee paid. Jatair excludes all liability for indirect, consequential or special damages to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
